Ms. Jamie O'Neill is an experienced organizational and business consultant. A graduate of the Business Administration Degree from Acadia University, Jamie has the unique ability to provide innovative an insightful solutions for leaders within organizations, connecting ideas and actions in order to deliver measurable results.  Jamie thrives on helping her clients accomplish their goals and get things done in challenging climates.

Jamie has 12 years of business consulting and training and is known as an energetic self-starter with excellent team development skills. An expert in workforce and team development, Jamie helps organizations hire and retain the right person for the position by conducting evaluations of human performance gaps and organizational needs.

Jamie is one of those people who just makes things happen, and can be counted on to be dependable and trustworthy. Whether volunteering as a girl’s basketball coach or helping clients gain a better appreciation for their natural talents, Jamie’s experience, enthusiasm and humour ensure success. She understands you need a good support system in place to succeed - for both work and play. Jamie is an avid softball player and has represented Nova Scotia at the Canadian Nationals from 2002 – 2007, and continues to play ball in a recreation league. Outside the office, you can often find Jamie on the basketball court or spending time with her two children, Jordyn and Nate.

Jamie is a member of the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia and a recent University of Notre Dame graduate.
