The profile enables the comparative analysis of leader and team expectations for leadership competencies and the behaviors needed to model leadership for the organization’s sustainable success.
The Job Challenge Profile (JCP)
Based on research by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), the JCP focuses on the skills and abilities managers need to develop to be successful in their new roles through experience. The profile reports how managers can handle unfamiliar tasks, drive workplace transformation, grow for additional responsibilities, deal with external pressure and manage group diversity.
