Measuring and evaluating team performance impact is the key to increasing profitability and productivity. The LEAD Impact Analysis (LIA) involves five steps that require a minimal amount of time and investment for you and your key team(s) to yield significant results for your organization.

 

 

 

Step One: Strategic Leadership

An initial consulting session with the senior leader defines the strategic drivers for the organization now and in the future. Assessments are also completed with the senior leader to identify their leadership approach, requirements for their team, and strategic priorities to support execution. From the interview, we design a customized series of assessments for the team members to complete.

Average Client Time Commitment: One hour.

 

Step Two: Survey Completion

A series of three assessments are completed by team members by web or email to gain perspectives on leadership, synergy, and strategic focus.

Average Client Time Commitment: One hour per team member.

 

Step Three: Analysis

We combine the individual surveys and assessments to create a customized team analysis report. The report identifies leadership team strengths, barriers for execution, and critical priorities. Analysis of the team is also benchmarked for comparison to provide a foundation for measuring progress.

Average Turnaround Time: Completion of analysis and interpretation generally requires one week.

 

Step Four: Feedback

In a private consulting session with the senior leader, feedback is provided from the LEAD Impact Analysis report discussing the results, interpreting the perspectives and comparisons, and identifying specific action strategies aimed at improving team performance.

Average Client Time Commitment: Two hours.*

 

Step Five: Solutions

A customized report outlining the strategy solutions to resolve the critical priorities for performance improvement identified in the LEAD Impact Analysis report are presented to the senior leader with specific action plans, agendas for implementation, and investment details. The report clarifies the areas for focus to maximize performance potential and gain the greatest return on investment.

Average Client Time Commitment: One hour.

 

 

 

* The Feedback session can be expanded to a full-day workshop for the entire team to review and interpret results, discuss priorities and potential direction.
