Overview:

The Certificate of Applied Leadership Program is for young professionals and business owners charged with leading others for best results and making a positive impact in their organizations.

Young leaders face the difficult challenge of balancing individual performance (by which they earned their position), with developing the performance of others (a totally new concept).

Our program helps successful young professionals define, develop and apply their natural leadership advantages to have the confidence to perform and lead at their best.

Participants in the program combine the motivation of developing their self-awareness through assessments and analytics with the inspiration of learning new leadership concepts and skills and the confidence of using real work projects and assignments to directly apply what they have learned. The experience creates a lasting and positive change.

Most importantly, our unique, step-by-step program is focused on practical actions linking concepts to results.

Outcomes:

Imitation doesn’t work in leadership. What is needed is the clarity of each participant’s natural advantage for leadership, the focus on developing the key leadership competencies and the following-through on the right actions to lead effectively.

Specifically, the development program would provide the following key results:

  1. Each participant would clarify their own individual natural advantage for leadership at their best to take charge and perform individually and with others confidently. Statistics show that less than 18% of people have the self-awareness and insights to lead with their natural strengths and those that do achieve more than five times their counterparts.

  2. Each participant would clarify their unique ability for leadership success and tools that they can implement immediately to stay focused and achieve greater results. We have found leaders who work with their unique abilities report more than a 30% improvement in the use of their time and achievement of results.

  3. Each participant would develop and work from a personal growth and development plan to define the key leadership competencies for their strategic vision to achieve enduring and meaningful success. Participants have greater confidence and a higher level of independence to think strategically and achieve their best results.

  4. Each participant would gain tools and templates to integrate collaborative communication and influential leadership into their work to connect and create the greatest value for their stakeholders and clients.

  5. Each participant would use proven models for strategic decision-making and innovative competitive analysis to think and execute at their best with assessment, reflection and planning.

  6. Each participant would apply bottom-line tactical techniques to manage time and process effectively for increased overall return on individual and organizational resources.

  7. Each participant would experience personal growth.
