Growing up in the farming community of Windsor, Nova Scotia, Michael learned early the value of hard work, attention to detail and always maintaining your sense of humour. Michael joined the investment industry in 1984 after graduating from Acadia University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. In addition to his Bachelor’s degree Michael has also achieved his Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner designations, along with a Fellowship from the Canadian Securities Institute.Michael has been a member of the Strategic Coach program since 1996. He also studied at Coach University in Colorado, USA. He has received his Professional Coaching Designation. "Coaching allows me to combine my business and financial acumen with my passion for helping people and organizations work smarter and live better. It’s a dream job. I love what I do," says Michael.
